The College hosted the Honourable Minister of State for Health, Barrister Joseph Ekumankama on 27th May, 2023 for the Commissioning of Completed Projects and Foundation Laying ceremony. The outgoing Minister praised the Provost/CEO for his giant strides in completing projects that started since 1983 and demonstrated uncommon disposition in repositioning the Institution to a College by initiating and facilitating the process of the Bill that enacted
